Missile Systems: Control System for various tactical missile systems. First time in DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organization, govt. of India), we used a digital controller and drive using Kalman filters and our own optimized neuro fuzzy control algorithm for air-to-air missile, anti tank missile, and more. This was the basis for our first national innovation award by Lockheed Martin Corp.
Vertically Articulated Robot. From designing our own planetary gearbox with ultra low backlash, to our own TCP/IP network enabled multi axis servo controllers with linear and circular interpolation capabilities, Forward and Inverse kinematic algorithms, Robot scripting language, 3D simulation (using OpenGL). Also were ABB Robotics country partners, and setup autonomous factories for making solar panels. Designed special purpose grippers to handle fragile solar cells. Developed own (EL) Electro Luminance testing based on short Infra Red vision system.
Robot Vision system : Developed Image Processing routines, pattern recognition routines, Robot Vision coordinates synchronization
Predictive, distributed maintenance system: AI/ML, IoT based predictive maintenance and root-cause analysis for tens of thousands of distributed solar power systems.
AI powered online Edtech platform: Using AI/ML, Generative AI to implement features such as AI Tutor ( teaches students advanced math problem silving by filling their foundational gaps), Analytics ( to accurately pace a student in the Bloom’s Taxanomy gor a topic) and to generate unique Home Work), Auto Scoring ( to correct a student’s hand written answers, allocate marks for each question, pointing out mistakes, if any).
